Kevin R. McNamara

Kevin McNamara is a Director of the firm, and heads the Immigration Law Group. His practice is dedicated exclusively to Immigration and Nationality law. Kevin is a longtime, active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, having served as the 1996-97 Chair of AILA's New England Chapter, and he has served on various AILA committees, including Liaison to the USCIS's Vermont Service Center and to the U.S. Department of Labor. He is a graduate of Tufts University, was a Graduate Fellow at the Institute of Latin American Studies, University of Texas (Austin) and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. Kevin is the author of "U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law," a chapter in The Immigration Law Reporter, and has been named an Honorary Member of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for International Legal Studies.
