John J. McCarthy, Jr.

John is a Director of the firm. He focuses his practice on general corporate law, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, business agreements, corporate counseling and technology licensing. John was formerly a corporate attorney at Brown, Rudnick, Freed & Gesmer in Boston and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in New York. Prior to his legal career, John was in the management training program and served as an Assistant Secretary in the Corporate Trust Department of U.S.Trust Company of New York from 1988 to 1991. He received his B.A. degree from Amherst College in 1988 and his J.D. degree from Fordham University in 1993.
